Family Medical Leave Act

Forms & Information

The board will provide leave to eligible employees consistent with the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA).  Eligible employees may be entitled to up to 12 work weeks of unpaid family and medical leave in any 12-month period.
