Teaching Specialists are teachers that are actively involved in enhancing/supporting the teaching experience of fellow teachers. They collaborate with the school leadership team to analyze student data to help create and institute an academic achievement plan for the school. With oversight and support from the master teacher, they co-lead cluster meetings and provide classroom based follow up and feedback to teachers.
