Master Teachers function in a unique manner relative to the traditional teacher. Master Teachers lead cluster groups and provide demonstration lessons, coaching and team teaching to classroom teachers. They analyze student data to create and institute an academic achievement plan for the school(s). Master Teachers collaborate to determine and to develop the adoption of learning resources and are partners with the building administration in evaluating teachers.
